Learning should include the whole person. Promote life-long learning by involving life experiences, human senses and behaviors.

Effective management is a continuous cycle of communication, mentorship and organization. The best leaders will have the skills to complete the project themselves and know when to delegate.

Accepting the intersection between the contributions of individual and collective learning experiences is an opportunity for inspiration, questionings and exploration.
About me
As an Instructional Designer, I’ve created connection between my career and the activities that ground me: gardening and fitness. Becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach reignited my commitment to my personal health and affirmed my role as keeper of my family. Being in nature keeps me awake, aware and active. I feel connected to my passion and my knowledge. Growing my own food keeps my involved environment and it invites me to question each possible stakeholder. Likewise, when I design, I always consider who’s involved with the production of deliverable and how those deliverable effects the end user.
